Fort Omegai is a tall fortress made out of sandstone standing tall in the middle of the Undead Sands. It was built in the early first era by unknown builders for the Kingdom of Vetalo, and is now manned by necromancers and undead keeping a watch over their dominion. The size and importance of the fort is overstated in kav’orran myths and legends, but in reality the fort has mostly eroded away and is a shell of its former self. It has been theorized that the fort is much older than the first era, and is the remnants of an even older fort from before Vetalo.
