This one-shot was played in Dec 2021. The session ended early, and it was then abandoned and wasn't played again. It focused on a group of holy warriors in Alsorion sent to defeat the archfiend Vazael in the Nine Hells.
The characters were:

Ulv Agalloch - M Silver Dragonborn Whispers Bard (Pravin)
Vaknis - M Khenra Echo Knight Fighter (Vijay)
Vahiti - F Khenra Death Cleric (Aaron)
On Alsorion, Vaknis and Vahiti signed up for a suicidal mission through General Horvis, while Durandal and Ulv signed up with General Zeneros. They headed to the arena, where they saw the two generals present along with General Jokris, who all wnated to test everyone who had signed up for the mission to the Nine Hells. They beat the first batch easily, but the four managed to hold their own against the Generals and pass the test. They were accepted into the mission, and given a new common barracks with some others. Vahiti had a conversation with the soldiers about maintaing the respect and hygiene of her undead in accordance with Theratis's will. She had once saved her brother Vaknis from dying, and was now devoted.
The next day as everyone prepared to go to hell, the teleportation spell went awry as the four along with one extra soldier became the only ones who ended up transported to hell. Vahiti freaked out, but was calmed down by Vaknis. Ulv saved the soldier from walking off a cliff, and they eventually decided to go through the mission with just the four of them. Crossing the bridge of souls, Vahiti bluffed about their mission mentioning Thetus, leading to them meeting Vastron, a general of hell, right away. However, he saw through her bluff, and it led to an all out fight on the thin bridge. Through the fight, they managed to bring down a lot of fiends but it was an endless army- so they opted to jump into one of the random portals beside the bridge. They ended up in an old ruin, where they met an older human named Drouet who befell much the same fate as them. After a rude first meeting with Vahiti, Durandal convinced him to take them to Vastron's castle. They crossed a bridge over lava, fighting more fiends along the way, and were never seen again.
The characters were all presumed lost within the hells forever. Later, it was found out that Vaknis finally passed away in peace and had Vahiti let him go for good. After grieving, she ended up service of her goddess Theratis in Azydos. Meanwhile, 'Durandal the Hellforged' later showed up centuries later in Shatterrealm during the events of Shards of the Empire as a fighter in the Shatterworld Tournament.
