This one-shot was played in September 2022. It focused on a group of characters sent by the Shidono Temple to Mount Yukiba to put down the threat of Baba Setani once and for all, as she had been the true cause behind the events that led to the old Shogun's death and Aite's current situation.
The characters chosen by Monk Kazeshi were:

In the three years since the ascension of Shogun Kagegojuu Aite and the formation of the Cinohan Council during the events of Curse of the Blood Sea, the Shogunate had seen a period of expansion and wealth not experienced since the old empire. However, this new power came at a great cost of stability, as many noble houses found the shogun to be an unreliable leader. Many believed that Aite was influenced by her old teacher, the rangda hag, Baba Setani. After accusations of blasphemy and necromancy, the hag returned to her coven atop the snowy Mount Yukiba. The monks of Shidonō Temple had called on trusted and chosen adventurers under the Shogun's notice, who could finally put an end to the fiend worshiping uncertainty that was Baba Setani. The team met each other before sunrise at Shidono Temple, introducing themselves to each other. Instead of Monk Kazeshi himself, they were then introduced to the temple's miko, Kinuye no Shidono. She explained that Baba Setani had influenced the Shogun for far too long. Necromancy, blasphemous doings, witchcraft... And she was performing a ritual to Iebael-no-Okami, the archdevil and the mother of all Onis. For the stability of Cinoh, she needed to be defeated. She had run off to the top of her coven at Mount Yukiba, a nearby mountain where only yokai live. The mountain is guarded by her followers, and was in deep snow. She also talked about the gatehouse, and the earth cutter naginata- Tsuchi-o-Kiru.
After heading out but before the gatehouse, Satsuki got licked by a karakasa who the party quickly intimidated. The Karakasa told them of the Onis guarding the gate up ahead. Unmei tried to reason oni-to-oni but it fell apart. After dealing with the oni, fog filled the gatehouse as the sun rose into a storm- As Gatekeeper Raigami jumped down to battle. The battle was difficult, but they did far better than anyone had anticipated. Genshiho enlarged Unmei even larger than she usually got, and they all took down Raigami. His lightning essence infused into Satsuki. Once in Mount Yukiba proper, they heard Kinuye's voice once more.
"You have done well to get past Raigami. Make your way up to the bamboo glade halfway up the ascent, and present Raigami's thunder to open the way into the hidden spring that holds the naginata."

They made their way to the bamboo glade, where they were transported to Lord Shogo's Onsen. Lord Shogo was told to fight whoever wants the Naginata to see if they are worthy, but he was feeling too chill to do so, and instead asked the party to tell him dark/dad jokes, and the best joke would get the naginata. After a lightning round of jokes from everyone, he was wowed by Yama, and gave her the legendary Tsuchi-o-Kiru. They then traveled through the upper snows and reached the Final Rest, a small rest stop just before Setani's Shrine. As they reached, they saw Kinuye-no-Shidono once more. She revealed that she had faith in them, but had an ulterior motive. She revealed herself to be a Kami of Yukiba as well, Kinuye-no-Yukiba. Baba Setani wanted to rise to become an Okami, and this ritual needed many components. All the components ended up being things that the party possessed individually, but Aite possessed single-handedly. It was Kinuye's wish that Setani sacrifice them instead of her pupil if they fail in killing her. She asked them to prove their strength to her, as an intense battle commenced amidst her blizzard. She gave them her blessing, and sent them into Setani's Shrine.
The party swiftly dealt with the rest of the coven, and made their way to Baba Setani herself. After some conversation, the fight began, and they eventually managed to take her down. She turned into a swarm of flies, flying up- and possessed the dead body of Daimaō Damien, turning to Iebael's Avatar of Flies. The party finally beat the avatar by sending it flying into the lava, where Damien's body as well as Setani's flies all burned up once and for all. Kinuye and her snows calmed down the battlefield, and she thanked them. She let Yama keep the legendary naginata. With the story Setani started finally brought to a close, peace was restored to Cinoh.
