This one-shot was played in October 2022. It focused on a group of prisoners held within Fort Ostrok within the Lunar Zolá Protectorate. They were sent to Fort Prodvigyat to take down greater threats as a sort of "Suicide-Squad". There, they ended up dealing with a world-devouring aberration named the W’rkncacnter.

Members of terrorist organization Azure Dawn took over Fort Prodvigyat in the Ashfall Isles in a sudden and unprecedented move. They seemed to be threatening the Lunar Collective with the release of 'The World Devourer' while holding all the scientists hostage. This left Warden Harlowe of the neighboring Fort Ostrok to deal with the situation in a discreet manner to prevent panic. He called upon the plan of using Task Force Bravo - the Suicide Squad consisting of science experiments, criminals and captured rebels. He assembled them all and informed them of how Fort Prodvigyat was mainly made above an underground cavern housing a being from the stars called W'rkncacnter (they label 'The World Devourer'), which they have kept effectively disabled due to it being paralyzed in presence of strong solar energy. They were promised an early release if they were able to defeat Azure Dawn. Cthaxhu and Thagos were both connected to W'rkncacnter - one being a spawn birthed by it and the other having a parasite in his head also birthed by it, respectively. Olivier's patron, archfiend Kordeva was also in support of this mission, encouraging her.
They rode on griffons to Fort Prodvigyat where they saw the members of Azure Dawn dressed up as Lunar soldiers. Seeing through their deception, the party engaged in combat with them, crashing through the front gates and realizing the spawns of the W'rkncacnter were causing havoc - namely a Larva Mage that attacked the party and labeled Cthaxhu a traitor but was promptly slain by the party. The party rescued the scientists - including Maya - and activated an alternate body of Harlowe. Harlowe directed them to enter the depths of the caverns housing the Devourer. The party got there and faced off with 3 big members of Azure Dawn - one of whom was revealed to be part of the renegade group Wild Hearts alongside Casey. After a tough encounter, the party prevailed but the destruction caused by their battle managed to sever the seals that keep W'rkncacnter inactive. Its spawns swarmed the entire cave and knocked everyone unconscious. The party and the terrorists awakened to Harlowe briefing them about how the Devourer was enraged and on its way to the capital of Sergorod and that it was all hopeless. As he had a melt down, Maya disabled him entirely risking her entire career.
She took charge and explained that a solar cannon was developed using Yakub's technology. She offered the party their freedom if they took an airship equipped with the solar cannon - and the Azure Dawn members agreed to help as well provided they were granted the same freedom. Maya reluctantly agreed. She also agreed to grant Yakub his research if they succeed. With that, the party set off on the airship 'Sundancer' and managed to catch up to the Devourer. There was an intense battle as the Devourer directed its most potent star spawns to attack the party. As the party continued to keep them busy, Yakub managed to fire a killing blow right into the exposed brain of the devourer, ending the lives of it and its spawn due to them all being a hive mind. Due to Thagos and Cthaxhu's separation from the parent, they were able to survive this culling. Cthaxhu took this chance and bids farewell as they left the ship, realizing they can never live in peace. Kordeva was satisfied by the chaotic events that had transpired and she let Olivier off her contract as well as a reward, urging her to live a peaceful life. The rest of the party returned to Prodvigyat where ships were provided to take them off to foreign lands away from the grasp of the Collective. They all separated on good terms and the threat of the World Devourer was brought to an end.
However, not too long after these events, Cthaxhu’s freedom was proven to be a lie, when the Lunars sent Vortex Ermin Eins and Ballista Gemini to recover him. He nearly killed the both of them, but was captured and sent to Skion Labs to be turned into a Vortex himself.
