The Ashfall Isles, also known as the Bhasma Dveepsamooh (भस्मा द्वीपसमूह), are a group of scattered islands within the Ashfall Sea in between Eqos and Aurial that are blanketed by seasonal ashfall from Kazarin Peak. They are some of the most contested over areas in the entire world, and countless wars have been fought over control over them. Part of the reason why is because of the Kazarin Strait, the narrow gap between the two continents that immeasurable trade flows through. The Lunar Collective has claimed most of the isles in the modern day, incorporating them into the Lunar Zolá Protectorate. However, they continue to face insurrections and rebellions in the isles, and have failed to gain the islands controlled by the Kasaaqi Dynasty. Similarly, the western Goldroot Sea has many islands in between Eqos and Teer that have been fought over for centuries.

The western sea is connected by thousands of merchant ships, protected by the formidable Kasaaqi Navy.
