In Abmarah, there are four locations where the Elemental Planes bleed into Primerealm through primordial portals or rifts over great mountains. Over the history of the planet, these sites have been the locations of cities, defenders, cultists, and destruction. The Door of Air is located in Aurial, the Door of Water is located in the underwater city of Aethis, the Door of Earth is located in Eteru, and the Door of Fire is located in Eqos.
The Door of Air is located in Aurial in the southern Kosmosi Mountains. A large mountain by the name of Mt. Zinthathaar, it used to be located more centrally on the continent before the Cometfall. It was the location of the Omniborn city of Zin ("City of Zeal") before its destruction in the Omniborn Crisis.
The Door of Water is located underwater off the coast of Xeycahiti in the Kourā Expanse. An underwater volcano called Mt. Chrysopyle (Χρυσοπύλη), it became the site of the city of Aithia, the capital of the Aethian Dominion.
The Door of Earth is located in Eteru in the northern Kun-Xu Range. Once a great mountain by the name of Mt. Cefdînas, it was destroyed in a cataclysm during the Omniborn Crisis that created the Alfuin Badlands. Now, it is a jagged peak that rises out from the badlands at the edge of the range.
The Door of Fire is located in Eqos in the southern Km'mala Peaks. A large dormant volcano by the name of Mt. Jo-Bár (ཇོ་འབར), the volcano has long been considered sacred and is guarded by the Kingdom of Yoldra.
