The Kūn-Xū Mountain Range (昆墟山脉) is a series of tall mountains in southern Eteru. They also house a great door to the Elemental Plane of Earth. While the western half of the range was a natural mountain range, the southern and eastern peaks were created by a primordial asteroid or comet impact that created the Eldenbay. Many of these new mountains have already been eroded away by rivers and valleys.

The range is split into two halves by a fertile and lush valley. There is said to be something arcane and mystical about its source of rain and water, as by all accounts there should be a desert or a grassland in that area instead of the moonlit grove.
