This one-shot was played in April 2022. The session ended early, and it was then abandoned and wasn't played again. It focused on a group of heroes during the Golden Age of Abmarah being recruited by the goddess Aethys in Alsorion to investigate Prince Alric and City Vetalo in Eqos.
The girls recruited by Aethys were:
Vinyxa - F Araiborn Rune Knight Fighter / Bard (Rana)
Gairlynn Forgeheart - F Mountain Dwarf Stone Sorcerer (Neo)
Prion - F Vezaborn Genie Warlock (Ben)
Vitis - F Zielborn Nature Cleric (Manic)
In 1E852, the group met in the Temple of Attenos on Alsorion, where they were briefed by Aethys herself on strange foul-play of life and death within the Kav'orra Desert. She suspected Varkanus, and sent them to solve this mystery or prove his involvement. She teleported them to the middle of the Undead Sands near the coast. The group traveled westward sticking to the shore. In a desert swamp, they were attacked by a group of undead that they managed to fend off, eventually reaching some forgotten ruins in the sand. They managed to solve the 'Only Gods May Pass' puzzle, with Vitis calling down a divine intervention from Deltus which turned the elevator and the ruins around it into an oasis. They headed down the long elevator, to the underground caverns that housed City Vetalo. The characters were then never heard from again.
