Alsorion is the holiest city in Abmarah, as the center of all Aeterian faiths, primarily Jakunism. The city floats in the sky high above the mountains of Aurzari Island, and is known for its red plant-life not dissimilar to the Scarlet Moorland.

It's said that the city contains the largest population of Elves on Abmarah, housing more than 250,000 elves that make up a sizable chunk of the entire global population of the long-lived race. The rest of the population consists of humans and other races that have made the pilgrimage to the holy city.

The city is covered with white-marble skyscrapers and gardens, and contains the grand cathedral known as the Holy Court, where the Pontiff Aeternum, the highest spiritual leader of Aeterism, resides. The city's architecture is described as a mixture of art-nouveau and art-deco, as the unique culture of the High Elves blends in arcane technology with nature.
