Uragan Ventorius is a genasi bard that became world-famous due to his performances within the troupe of the Seven's Carnival.
He became a long-standing rival to Elise Pearlwynd, and was present in the Blood Sea for the events of Curse of the Blood Sea.
Biography
Uragan was born in the city of Timeron to human parents. His father was one of the noble ministers in the royal court while his mother was a Lunarian immigrant. Uragan later attended the bard college Hall of Harmony within the city. There, he studied under the famous bard Hazel the Silktongue. He formed a bit of a rivalry with another bard named Elise Pearlwynd. Unlike her, Uragan later became world-famous after joining the Seven's Carnival. He started touring worldwide, gaining acclaim and glory all across Abmarah. After Hazel's death, he bought her lute off of her descendants.
In 3E450, he met Elise Pearlwynd again at Port Cinoh while the carnival was there. She ended up challenging him to a bard-off for Hazel's Lute. After a long fought battle, he conceded, giving the lute to Elise. He then slept with a changeling named Nyx after he transformed into a duplicate of Uragan.
He met Elise Pearlwynd and the rest of the Phoenix Nebula two years later in 3E452 when he was performing privately in Countess Fenya Cetrovna's casino. He had a small bard-off competition with her again just for fun, and then made a distraction that allowed the Nebula to escape the Lunar agents that had showed up there.

3E403 - Uragan is born in Timeron.
3E430 - Uragan joins the Seven's Carnival after graduating from the Hall of Harmony.
3E450 - While the Seven's Carnival is at Port Cinoh, he meets Elise Pearlwynd again and has a bard-off that he ends up losing.
3E452 - He is performing at a private gathering within Countess Fenya Cetrovna's casino when he beets the Phoenix Nebula again. After a friendly contest, he helps Elise and the others escape.
