Dravin 'Bahubaahu' (द्रविण बहुबाहु) is a Primal Vedavin character that is a senior member of the Blackreyne Brotherhood. Although one of its longest-serving members, he has mostly operated solo in Eqos.

Arya played him in the one-shot The Ork Raj as well as a few sessions during The Light of Lunaria.

Biography

Dravin like most other Vedavin was born on Vanadweep. At a young age, he left his home to become an adventurer across Eqos. At the comparatively young age of 50, he joined the Blackreyne Brotherhood as a Hunter.

He became well known as one of the greatest Blackreyne Hunters, especially in his home continent of Eqos. He rarely visited the headquarters at Night's End, and did not involve himself in the politics of the brotherhood.

The Ork Raj

In 3E478, Dravin was one of the invited hunters hired by Ranaji Jai Kawar Sahib to deal with the Sand Chasers interrupting the building of the rail-line from Ammba to Kasaaq. Dravin and the others negotiated with the orcs but were not able to convince their leader, Khatun Zashi. She refused to give up her power and raiding culture, despite at least half of her people just wanting some water and food. Dravin called her a "Saali Gawaar" and they ended up defeating her and convincing the Ranaji to build a well for the orcs.

The Light of Lunaria

In 3E498 when Vasirr and the Great Hunt went missing in the Goldheim Rainforest, Dravin as a local hunter was called by Archhuntress Viera Blackreyne to aid her. The two alongside Zahn Zwei encountered the The Dark Hunt outside the Temple of Aklim, and were pulled into Gammus's demiplane 'the Hunting Grounds'. There, they only spent a few days which equated to two years outside. Zahn forged two Azbantium bullets that they planned to kill Gammus with.

"Shakal dikhane se darta hain!"
- Dravin to the god Gammus; meaning "Afraid to show your face!"

The fight with the god was incredibly difficult, as Gammus kept taunting them about his invincibility as a god. However, in an incredible finish, Zahn landed his second azbaan bullet through shaky aim after the first one missed. The sudden graze on his cheek shattered Gammus’ mask and made him feel real pain after a long time. Gammus lashed out at them, nearly killing Dravin who held on through sheer will and smashed Gammus down to his last stand, which then Viera followed up on destroying the god. Kai-Li grabbed his scythe before the demiplane collapsed and they all appeared back in Abmarah outside the temple of the Great Hunt in Goldheim. In the coming week, they fought against the invasion of the Dark Hunt and emerged victorius.

After the Campaign

While he remained a member of the Brotherhood, Dravin would go on to open a school of pehlwani and martial arts in Eqos.

• 3E375 - Dravin is born on Vanadweep.

• 3E425 - At age 50, he joins the Blackreyne Brotherhood.

• 3E478 - He is invited to Ammba by Ranaji, and he helps defeat Khatun Zashi during the events of The Ork Raj.

• 3E498 - Dravin fights the Dark Hunt in the Goldheim Rainforest, and disappears for a few years alongside Viera, Zahn, and Vasirr. He then helps kill the god Gammus for good.

• 3E500 - They reappear in Abmarah with 2 years having passed, and they fight against the Dark Hunt during the ending of The Light of Lunaria.
