“Om Shanti Theratah.”

A cadet house of the Mathii Dynasty, House Rakhaa is a small mahaan house that controls the northeastern coast of the Kav'orra around Janaghat. They are vassals of House Aylarov, and known for their dedication to the goddess of the afterlife, Therahti. They are a half-dragonborn house, tracing their lineage to both the Mathiis and the Anganbas. They use the symbol of a black snake coiled around Therahti's bident over a purple-gray field.

Thakur Qymor Rakhaa
M Half-Dragonborn, Thakur of Janaghat

Thakur Qymor is the current ruler of Janaghat. A pious noble, he sends many of his personal guards to the Veiled Wall and supports the temple of Theratis with monthly offerings. He sees himself as the custodian of funerary rites, and is the least interested in the political backstabbing of other noble families.

Cyrene Rakhaa
F Half-Dragonborn, Heir of House Rakhaa

The young Cyrene Rakhaa is the only child of Thakur Qymor and the presumed heir of House Rakhaa. She isn’t as religiously motivated as the rest of her family, and finds the town of Janaghat depressing and restrictive. She likes to spend a lot of money on her travels to the nearby city of Therah or even the capital city of Kasaaq. Despite her expensive hobbies and ignorant nature, she is good-hearted and might learn respect for death eventually.
