Yulis is a Paladin of Varkanus that was a minor antagonist during Curse of the Blood Sea and was true resurrected sometime between then and Beneath the Scarlet Spires.

Biography
Yulis worked on the behalf of Dr. Genso during the events of Curse of the Blood Sea in 3E450. He decided to sacrifice an eight year old tiefling girl named Kiyis from the Lilypad Orphanage, baiting the Nebula into the sewers where the cult operated.
After taunting and warning them, he cast darkness and silence upon them and engaged the combat. He even told them of Genso's location north of Gravesbry, since he was that confident that he could kill them.
He fought Laoch Redfield and Anlee and almost killed them, downing them again and again if not for Elise Pearlwynd's healing. Nyx and Sif meanwhile fought his underlings and saved the child. He was then finally killed by the party.
