Kappos, also known as Leikiya, is the birdfolk god of war. He was accepted into the pantheon in the second era following his role in the Omniborn Crisis. Known as a vicious hunter, his birds of prey as well as their feathers are often attributed as omens of war. Primarily worshiped by the tribal clans in Xeycahiti and Eteru, trade and cultural exchange has made him worshiped across Abmarah. Alongside his brother Pingos, they are said to allegedly descend from the titaness Etermu.
In truth, he represents both peace as well as war, like a true balance god. Wise and commanding, he is one of the best negotiators in the pantheon- opting for people to resolve their differences in the most neutral way. This makes him less popular in Meiðrism, who prefer the brutal Moðr as their god of war.
Many other cultures do not portray him in his native clothing, but with full sets of plate armor or other such gear that represents their version of war. This is likely because of the previous god of war, Rhos, who used to dress in full plate and perished in the Omniborn Crisis.
Worshiped primarily in Eteru as one of the old steppe gods, he is beginning to be accepted across the wider world as a more balanced god of war. Many faiths who follow the pantheon still would rather have Mutrev as a god of war since he's more dominating.
