Grand Admiral Nicole Isabeau is one of the highest ranked members of the Crimson Navy. An incredibly intelligent woman, she is the captain of the largest ship in the world, The Columbine, and is the Admiral of the Frek Fleet.
During the events of Curse of the Blood Sea in 3E452, she had the Phoenix Nebula answer to her as privateers. They later broke free from her control and defeated her during the Siege of Tikius.
Biography
Early Life
Isabeau grew up on a small island within the Jasivian Sea. In 3E428 when Isabeau was 16, a young Fenya Cetrovna's ship was stuck too deep into the rocky beach of the island. 'Nikki' belonged to a poor fishing family, but learned how to read and study from a young age regardless. She helped Cetrovna figure out how to free the beached ship using ropes and a little bit of magic. Cetrovna had her recruited into the Faithkeeper program since she had a natural talent for magic.
She quickly rose through the ranks of the Navy over the years, becoming the youngest Commodore in Crimson history at the age of 23. She was promoted to Admiral at age 36 in 3E448, and given command of the Frek Fleet.
Curse of the Blood Sea
In 3E450, Isabeau 'captured' the pirate ship called the Phoenix Nebula. Once she learned from Dr. Baizo and Xoe Yizuko of their intention to save the Blood Sea from an abyssal plague, she forced them to sign a tier one privateer contract with the Crimson Navy, and then had their then-captain Anlee seal the deal. When Laoch became the captain of the Nebula, she inherited the privateer contract and did many jobs for Isabeau over the next two years.
In 3E451, she was promoted to Grand Admiral and was promised the command of The Columbine once it was finished being constructed. Once the ship was built in 3E452, Isabeau took it to Taiyo where she was tried to make a deal with Daimaō Damien. She presumed that he would take control of the Cinoh Shogunate, and wanted him to let her claim Tikius and root out the pirates for good. He had her dance with him as he discussed their plans. After Damien's untimely death, she proceeded forward with the Siege of Tikius herself.
The siege was the Columbine's maiden voyage, and she had Volnaxokaaz pressed into attacking the city in his dragon form. Despite everything, the pirates put up a good defense, and then the crew of the Nebula boarded the Columbine and attacked her directly. Despite her high level spells, Laoch ended up nearly killing her before the Cinohan Navy showed up. They claimed Tikius as their soil, and Isabeau had to concede in shame.
"The Council of Cinoh had laid claim to Tikius yesterday. By attacking our land, this could be seen as a sign of war against our nation. However, we can chalk this up as a mistake, that can be rectified."

Despite the setback, Isabeau helped defend Sombus from the demon invasion when the Abyssgate opened.
Later Life
Grand Admiral Isabeau became a highly celebrated hero of the Crimson Navy in her later life. Upon her retirement, a newly opened underground tunnel in Sombus connecting the tram system to Roja Island was named after her.

3E451 - Isabeau is promoted to Grand Admiral, and promised the Columbine upon its completion.
3E452 - She tries to take over Tikius with the Columbine, but ends up losing the Siege of Tikius due to the actions of the Nebula and the Cinohan Navy.
