The town of Zaltani is a large town in the Edeni Expanse, just across the river from the city of Kasaaq. It has served as a border town between the Kasaaqi Dynasty and the Kwadenhi for a thousand years, and has been under the control of many factions over the years. For over 500 years, the town has been under the control of House Wamaa.
