Keiyoor or Keyura (කේයූර or കെയ്യൂർ) is a small coastal city on the northern border of the Swarna Authority at the edge of the Varkunasam Rainforest. It is the largest city with a bilari-panshera majority population, and is considered to be the birthplace of their indigenous Atakasi religion housing the “first” temple of the goddess Atrii. It is also the first city that land-based travelers from the Kav’orra visit when arriving from across the Km’mala Peaks and the Vurmark Raj, and thus the city is talked about a lot in kav’orran stories which emphasize its three cascading waterfalls as a sign of their first steps into Varkunasam.

Keiyoor has long been ruled by the noble Balasekara Dynasty, who also take on the important role of being the spiritual leaders of Atakasi. Together with Karkeni, the two cities form a major pilgrimage link for ashtadharmic pilgrims traveling across Eqos. The city only has fortifications along its coastline that were built to protect it from teerian raids throughout the second and third eras, though they have lessened since the formation of the Vurmark Raj to the city’s north.
