Built on the east coast of the Kav’orra, Fort Murudev or Muruqila is an older fort just north of Kasaaq. It dates back to the Makheti era thousands of years ago, and is named after the god Murudev. It is under direct command of House Zaaba and guards the coastline around the capital.
