The Pantheon of Eights evolved from this Unified Pantheon worshiped before the beginning of the First Era when religion began to have a more organized structure. This did not take into account the groups of Order, Chaos, Balance, or Void. As such, this pantheon was the direct predecessor to Aeterism. These divine names were attributed to the greek alphabet, which in Abmarah is actually the aethian alphabet. Many of these gods took on newer names in the future.
This distinctly did not include the elder gods, the angel gods, as well as the gods accepted into the eights after the first era. Some of these gods were not recognized as major gods in the future, but are still considered minor gods within the Eights.
